I'm looking at a Sears fridge, but before I make any purchases I want to learn more about their delivery service and see if installation is a possibility. I have no idea how to install a fridge or how to dispose of an old one, so I want to make sure that Sears can help me with that process. That's why I ended up on the phone with the delivery company.

When I called, immediately a voice assistant picked up and gave me a long list of options which included, "

For orders placed online at or that are not being delivered by, press 2. For products that have been delivered but however are not functioning as expected or to schedule an in-home repair appointment, press 3. If you are calling about parts orders placed at, press 4. For home warranties and agreements, press 5. For all other inquiries, press 6."

I chose option 1 since I had a general question, and this took me to another long directory list that included, "For confirmation of your delivery date or to change your delivery date, press 1.
