What happens if I am not home to receive my Sears delivery?

If you are not home to receive your Sears delivery, our delivery team will make two attempts to deliver your package. On the first attempt, they will leave a delivery notification on your door indicating the date and time of the next delivery attempt. If you are unavailable for the second attempt as well, you can reschedule the delivery by contacting our customer service team. Alternatively, you may choose to pick up your package from the nearest Sears store or arrange for a neighbor or trusted person to accept the delivery on your behalf. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur, and we strive to provide flexibility and convenience to ensure you receive your Sears products in a timely manner.
