What happens if I'm not home to receive my delivery?

Asked a year ago
If you are not home to receive your delivery, Home Delivery Network will take necessary steps to ensure your package is safely delivered to you. Initially, the driver will attempt delivery to a neighbor who can sign for the package on your behalf. If this is not possible, a calling card will be left at your address, providing instructions on how to rearrange the delivery. You can contact the provided number and arrange for redelivery on a more convenient date, or you may opt to collect the package from the local delivery depot. In some cases, a second delivery attempt will be made on the following working day. Rest assured, Home Delivery Network aims to accommodate your schedule while ensuring a successful delivery of your package.
