The phone number 800-676-2775 will most likely send you to a link to solve the issue. You can also got to “Settings” on your device then click your name, “iTunes & Apple Store”. Once you confirm your identity in the app you will be brought to your purchases and subscription. You can challenge the purchase through the link by saying “I did not make this purchase”, you will then get a reply within 24 - 72 hours.

I wanted to try out the ytmusic and you had a ** free trial. I went ahead and signed up for it. I used it for a week and then it just sat unused so I cancelled it August ** ****. Next thing I know I get an email saying on September *th you charged me $**.** for the service. I contacted you guys and explained what was going on. I was told I’d get a refund and I was now unsubscribed. I was going through my emails and noticed that September **st you guys charged me another $**.**. I called my bank to make sure it was correct and not the refund promised and it was not. So now I’m getting a little upset. Please fix this issue and refund the money you took, this isn’t right
