Most billing issues can be solved by checking the link here https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203005 if you are unable to solve you issue through the link then we suggest you contact iTunes support through chat. The phone number 800-676-2775 will most likely send you to a link to solve the issue. You can also got to “Settings” on your device then click your name, “iTunes & Apple Store”. Once you confirm your identity in the app you will be brought to your purchases and subscription. You can challenge the purchase through the link by saying “I did not make this purchase”, you will then get a reply within 24 - 72 hours.

I currently have been charged $**.** on my card and I have not used iTunes store for anything that expensive. I bought one song about a month ago and that is all. I would love to talk to someone and get it removed.
