If you are experiencing any technical or service issues with iTunes then we suggest chatting with customer support. Click https://getsupport.apple.com/ then click “iTunes & Apple Music” then click “iTunes Store” and click “Connecting & Downloading”. Once the new page appears click “Downloads from iTunes Store incomplete or interrupted” you will be prompted to contact iTunes multiple ways. The best option from there in chatting which will have a time estimate on how long until you reach a live agent.
