I was trying to claim a receipt where I bought stuff at Home Depot yesterday but instead it charged my debit card. I need my money back.
GetHuman2618440 did not yet indicate what iBotta should do to make this right.

How GetHuman2618440 fixed the problem
I opened my email from Ibotta and took that to Home Depot and cashier had difficulty applying the card because she had never done Ibotta but once I told her she needed to hit gift card first then scan it worked and I used it again applying money standing in line at checkout. Super fast and easy plus you can add more to the gift card at the register if you want to but you don’t have to. If you chose not to of course you will not be getting Ibotta cash for that amount
