I am new to ibotta and I did not know about the strict rules ibotta has. I logged out of my account and logged into my mothers phone because my phone has been having technical difficulties for the past month. I wanted to scan a receipt. When I realized it would not work on her phone either I logged back into my account on my phone and it worked. However, when it came to transferring my money to Venmo, a notification came up saying “failed: there was an error” I checked the “help” setting on the app to see what happened and I saw my account has been locked. Can you please fix this for me?
