eHarmony's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman836033 a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!

I paid for my daughter's subscription for * months. It was due to expire on June **th ****. It has not expired- it is still active. I have attempted to close the account by pressing "close" on the billing information page but it has not closed. I do not want it to automatically renew but I can not close it. Each time I try it states that the account is paid till June **th. I need it closed now. I do not want to renew the subscription. The account is *****@***.com.
GetHuman836033 did not yet indicate what eHarmony should do to make this right.
