Hello. I have a serious concern with Zoosk, and it borders on fraudulent. Allow me to explain...**Having received a number of messages from various profiles, I purchased a membership about a month ago. At that time, I had a significant number of messages from profiles that I had smiled at--at least ten of them. I figured, since there seemed to be so much interest, I would get a *-month subscription. I replied to every one of the people who had sent me messages based on my "smile" or "heart." Nearly all of them said precisely the same thing: "Winks are nice, but I prefer messages." Or, "Thanks for noticing me, now send me a message." All of these comments were almost verbatim the same thing. Once I became a PAID member, ALL of these messages ceased, and not one of the "people" who had asked me to message them ever replied. **Thus, I sent an email to express my displeasure and cancel my subscription. Zoosk, to it's credit, did refund my fee and canceled immediately. However, IMMEDIATELY upon becoming a non-paid member, I started to receive messages again. Lots of them. I now have upwards of ten messages in my inbox that I cannot see*read, but I can almost say with certainty that all of them will say something like "winks are great, now send me a message." **These profiles appear designed BY ZOOSK to auto-send pre-prepared messages designed to SUGGEST that there are many women out there interested in chatting with me more. In other words, they are BAIT to get me to purchase a subscription. Once I do so, I discover that there was really no interest at all, and these accounts are likely fake and created by Zoosk (or are paid to send messages to unpaid accounts so as to encourage them to enroll).**Today, I found a profile with whom I match nearly perfectly. She is attractive, and we have much in common. I desperately want to reach out to her, but I cannot do so without re-enrolling. Yet, I'm conflicted, because it is clear that Zoosk is engaging in fraudulent practices to get people to pay their exorbitant membership fees. **I am seriously considering reporting Zoosk to the BBB for these practices. It is beyond frustrating to think that there are several people I have "liked" who like me as well, only to discover that they really have no interest at all and were essentially catphishing me to enroll. **Please advise so I know how to proceed.**Thank you.**Daniel Schuette
