I have a current charge against my checking account by Zoosk, in the amount of $**.**, applied TODAY!*However, my account is DEACTIVATED! I DO NOT want this account to continue!*I even went so far as to make sure that the auto-renew was ALSO DEACTIVATED! The first thing one must do when dealing with Zoosk, is you have to take that unfortunate, LOW ROAD. I have always been a "high road" kind of guy. But, I have also had the ability to be a real a**hole, should the situation call for it. With Zoosk, it ALWAYS calls for it! But, don't fret if that's just not your M.O. Zoosk carries a "no refund" policy. And, yes...you agreed to it when you joined. Every seen that phrase, "Official Terms of Agreement?" Well, it's embedded deeeeep in there! But, here's your salvation...Zoosk uses a NASTY TRICK on it's subscribers...BE CAREFUL ABOUT PRESSING "CANCEL" OR "NO THANKS" buttons too much! Your computer keeps EVERY TAP in memory! And, it just happens...EXACTLY where that "cancel" or "no thanks" button is...there is a "YES" or "UPGRADE" button in it's place on the next screen! You can be agreeing to an upgrade, and not even know it! So, finally to the resolution....Fight Zoosk like crazy! Call & call & call SOME MORE! Eventually, they will agree to a "**%
