I am a Zoosk customer experiencing issues with sending messages. Despite being a paid member, my messages keep disappearing. I have tried troubleshooting by reinstalling the app and restarting my phone but the problem persists. It is frustrating as the recipients see me typing but not receiving anything. This glitch is unacceptable considering I paid for a six-month subscription. I request a refund for this unreliable service.

I recently tried to log into my Zoosk account but received a message stating that my account had been blocked by Zoosk admin. I reached out by email four times last week using the customer service contact emails provided and even referred to previous emails, but I have not received any replies. Due to the account issue, I have lost a week's worth of membership. Unfortunately, I can't access my account to fill out the customer service contact form on their website. It's frustrating because I renewed my membership three weeks ago. Living in Australia means I can't use their phone lines for assistance. I'm feeling stuck and unsure of what steps to take next.

I have noticed that guaranteed responses are promised once an upgrade is made. However, it appears that messages are not delivered unless an upgrade is purchased. This situation leads me to believe this platform may not be legitimate. The preferences I enter do not seem to be saved, and I am only receiving views from much older individuals. Despite reaching out multiple times about this issue, I am consistently advised on how to adjust my preferences. This feels disrespectful and unprofessional as the problem appears to be with your algorithm rather than my technical knowledge. In my experience, this is the worst dating site. I suggest looking into World Dating Site for comparison. This is my honest opinion as a very dissatisfied customer.
