I joined Zoosk on a month to month basis in January **** then cancelled my subscription about a month later. Money is still being withdrawn from my account without my permission when my subscription is already cancelled. I have accessed my account today and find no payment details or subscription details for my cancelled account so why are you still taking money from my account. My name is Ronald Finn from Australia
GetHuman-ronaldfi did not yet indicate what Zoosk should do to make this right.
