I rented a **Toyota Corolla, Celina*Plate * *KQM*** vehicle around *:** pm today and as I was trying to bring it back, the engine wouldn’t start. I tried everything to get it to start yet it kept saying “not ready to drive”. The car was due back at around *pm yet I could never get it to come back on. I ended up having to leave the car and get alternate transportation back to my destination. When I got home I looked up that sometimes the key ignitions may not turn all the way or there’s certain steps to take to get it to start, which I didn’t know prior to troubleshooting the issue. I’ve been trying to contact customer service for the past two hours but have had no luck getting into contact.
