Hello my name is Daisy Flores. I'm speaking on behalf of Adrian Lugo Navarrete his member * is *** *** *. When we were putting the payment method his card wasn't going through so we had used my card and I got charged $*.** which was the cost for our recent ride with Zipcar. Until recently he got (accidentally) charged $** on his card, I would like for you guys to refund him that money that was incorrectly charged please and thank you.
GetHuman-daisyfl did not yet indicate what Zipcar should do to make this right.
