Good evening,**Yesterday I use a Zipcar in Houston and the car was quite horrible it had vomit on the outside passenger side and where the music controls were it was damaged severely and pushed inside the actual car frame. Yo change or control the music you have to lift it and angle it so you can access the **** and controls. I’ve included pictures. Additionally there was a service light on which should be checked. Had I not been in a crunch for time and required an suv, I definitely would have cancelled that reservation. I have reserved another this Friday, hopefully I have a better experience.*I have tried to email *****@***.com with the photos but it was returned.
GetHuman-oohjeann did not yet indicate what Zipcar should do to make this right.
