I rented a car for *:**pm-*:**pm. I could not physically sit in the car, so I locked the car to end my reservation. I saw another Zipcar in the lot and tried to rent it online for right then, but I could not end my first reservation. Customer service on the phone said they could not end my original reservation and that I would have to wait until *:**pm to rent the second car. I was not asking to get a refund for the first car, just to rent (and pay for) the second car.
GetHuman-m_m_c_he did not yet indicate what Zipcar should do to make this right.
