Hello there,**I took a trip yesterday in order to move into a new apartment and in trying to beat traffic, was ** min late and charged $** (which would’ve been the same if I were ** min late). I understand this policy, however I think this is a ridiculous charge for being only a few minutes late. If I had realized this, I simply would’ve extended the car another ** minutes since there was no other reservation waiting. I am wondering if I can dispute this charge on the grounds that I am a very loyal customer, and cannot really afford the extra $**. I already spent another $*** in total on reservations on the same day. Thank you.
