I am writing regarding the reservation I just completed as of this afternoon (Zipcard-Number: *******) - It was for a Honda Civic from Aug *th thru Aug **th. *Last night, as I was parked at the Belmar Marina, the battery on this car somehow went dead - I didn't have lights on or anything like that. Due to this, my car was disabled and I couldn't drive it for almost * hours 'til one of your service guys showed up to recharge it. *While the car itself was nice, I am not too happy with this experience which forced me to alter my plans, and I would like to receive credit for it.
GetHuman-ajmeatw did not yet indicate what Zipcar should do to make this right.
