Hello, I reset the password for zillow (username: *****@***.com) and it created a new profile instead of using my existing one which had reviews and other items I don't want to give up. It had been a few years since I used it so I looked up my agent profile and used the contact email as my username and assumed it would take me to that profile. I guess it's is possible that I used a different on but I don't know what it would be. This is the original profile (https:**www.zillow.com*profile*joreleipayne*) and this is the new one (https:**www.zillow.com*profile*JoreleiKW*). I've changed brokers and need to update everything but cannot access the original profile. Can you help me either combine these accounts or deleted the second one and help me access the original. Thank you
