Prior to us listing our home the Zestimate was *.* million, after we listed Zillow changed it to *.* million close to our listing price. This makes it look like our home lost **% value in ** days when all that really happened was we listed it for sale. in fact we have done a lot of work to upgrade it for sale so the value is likely closer to the original *.* million. The estimate was always higher than Redfin or Realtor.com. We ask that you remove this information immediately. Please contact me by e-mail or phone ***-***-**** if you have questions.
