Top Tip from another customer
If you're having issues with a password, try resetting it using your email address (be sure to use the correct spelling). Click "Forgot Password" under the login, then follow the prompt. You should have the option to reset with your phone number.
The issue in GetHuman-evan_cb's own words
I made a facebook account like * years a go or something using an email i made with yahoo. Recently, I want to try log in to that facebook account to deactivate*delete as I have multiple facebook accounts. I managed to deactivate the other * (I have * in total) but I can't seem to access the last one. Upon discovering the email address and trying to log in to my email, it says username not recognized or something similar to that. I searched online and I found some sources that says Yahoo can deactivate or delete my account without notice if it was a free account and I used the account for business and if I haven't logged in for ** months. I'm sure I haven't used my account for businesses as I was young and I only used it for facebook so, the only possibility I could think of is that I haven't logged in to that email address. Can Yahoo maybe reactivate it or help me out with this one? I want to use this email address just to deactivate*delete my facebook account. The email address is *****@***.com (as you can see, I made this email address as a child, wouldn't use that for any businesses). I hope Yahoo understands and would be willing to help me. Cheers, Evan.

How GetHuman-evan_cb fixed the problem
If you received "Sorry, we cannot recognized this email address" or something like that, your account may be deleted OR deactivated. You should try sign up and create a new account under the same email address. If it's deactivated, your account will be activated automatically after signing up (in my case). If you're unlucky your account may not be activated after signing up in which you have to contact their customer service (this may be because Yahoo deleted your email address*account).
