Hello. I'm reaching out for assistance regarding an ongoing issue I've encountered with emails sent from our company domain, Classic sh.p.k., which is the authorized dealer of Volkswagen AG in Albania. When attempting to send emails from our domain (classic-volkswagen.com.al) to Yahoo email addresses, they remain stuck in our Remote Queue for over 10 days without reaching the intended recipients. The error message received is: "[redacted] 4.7.0 [TSS04] Messages from 80.78.76.[redacted] temporarily deferred due to user complaints - 4.16.55.1". Our email server, hosted on our company's dedicated IP, has not had any previous blacklisting issues and is equipped with up-to-date email security features and firewall addons. Given the importance of our communications with Yahoo accounts, your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. - F.V. Mobile: [redacted] Email: [redacted]

Hello, I am attempting to regain access to my email account, but I am unable to retrieve my previous phone number. Despite reaching out to support via email, I keep receiving a generic response. I am seeking guidance on other possible information I can provide for account recovery without a phone number. Please refrain from stating that I lack sufficient information, as I am specifically asking for additional verification methods to confirm my ownership and compliance with security protocols. Kindly advise on the steps I can take to regain access to my account [redacted] since I no longer have access to my old phone number and cannot recall my previous password. I believe there must be alternative solutions available. Thank you for your assistance in advance.

I lost the SIM card for my contract number that provided Internet and Email services. Currently in Germany, I am using my Pay As You Go second number to stay in touch with friends in the UK. Despite buying data yesterday to access my email, I cannot log into my account with the new number. My contract number is 07[redacted]18, and the temporary number I am using is 07[redacted]56. I need assistance accessing my email account with the temporary number until I receive a replacement SIM card in 2-3 weeks. It will be sent to my London address and then forwarded to me by a friend.

I have been locked out of my Yahoo email account for over a week now. Initially logged out due to issues with the app, I can't regain access because the verification key is not being sent, and I can't recall the answer to one of my security questions. I have important emails in that account that I need to access. Despite attempting to follow Yahoo's guidance by signing out from all devices, I am stuck with no way to log in successfully. I haven't updated my phone number or recovery email, so the standard recovery methods are not viable. Can someone help me reset my account or suggest another way to regain access? I am eagerly waiting for a solution via my alternate email. Thank you for your anticipated assistance.

I am having trouble accessing my Yahoo account, [redacted] When I try to log in, it displays a different person's email that is unfamiliar to me. My name is David Scott, and I am unable to use a password because it keeps requesting an access key. The process to obtain this key is not as straightforward as indicated on the Yahoo page. I no longer have access to the email and phone number associated with the account due to a damaged phone. It is crucial for me to regain access as there are essential emails and saved information in my account. Your prompt assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, I am Alexis V., a partner at Tweak Videos (www.tweakvideos.net). "Tweak" is a website and mobile application that simplifies the creation of short clips from videos, given that the content creators API is integrated into our code. My business partner, Michael G., and I are seeking to sell our app due to other commitments. The current app version is compatible with YouTube but can be customized for your needs if you are interested in acquiring it. We believe that by integrating Tweak into Yahoo View, you can enhance your content and potentially increase its virality. If you are interested, we can provide you with our presentation deck (attached) or arrange a call to discuss the potential purchase of our app. We look forward to hearing from you soon. Best regards, Alexis V. Tweak Videos

Hello everyone, I am facing a big issue. Around 7 years ago, I created a Yahoo account, [redacted] However, I am unable to log in as the password is no longer working. Unfortunately, I can't update the phone number either as I have lost access to the old phone number. I need this account to access an old account on Trilulilu, a Romanian platform. I am certain that my old phone number started with [redacted] and ended with [redacted]. I am struggling to provide sufficient proof of ownership. I do not have a recovery email either. Can anyone assist me with changing the phone number so that I can receive the verification code? My birth date on the account should be August 21, [redacted]. This account was created after I lost access to the original one with a similar name, just changing "y" to "i". This is my final attempt to regain access to my Trilulilu account where I have many cherished memories. Thank you.

I have been prompted to change my password multiple times, and now I can't remember it when trying to log in. I correctly answered the first security question about my mother's maiden name, but I am struggling with the second question about my favorite sports team. I am unsure if I spelled the team name incorrectly or used uppercase letters, if I entered "SF" or "San Francisco," or even if I entered the Giants during a baseball season. I am now locked out of my longstanding email account, which is causing me distress. I would greatly appreciate assistance with the third security question or any other steps necessary to verify my identity. This email address, [redacted], is crucial to me as it is linked to my Vudu and Xbox accounts, and I fear being unable to access them without it. Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I have had this account for over 30 years. In the past couple of years, I have been unable to log in on my PC despite changing my password multiple times. When I try, it directs me to an account named "lillykiss," which is not mine. Strangely, I can log in without issues on my phone. Lately, individuals claiming to be from Yahoo and Microsoft have called me frequently, saying there are issues with my computer or that my account has been compromised. They insist on payment to resolve the issues, but I refuse as I had a bad experience previously. I have even filed a police report. I am not very tech-savvy and need assistance. I tried calling Yahoo directly but could not reach anyone. Please, if someone could call me to help, I would greatly appreciate it.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my accounts due to a mistake during the verification process. The phone number I had on file is no longer in service, and I have a new number now. I tried contacting my old number and asked the current owner to forward any messages, but the account key expired before I could utilize it. Now I am unable to access my two email accounts, [redacted] and [redacted], which serve as backups to each other. The old phone number associated with the accounts is [redacted]. I would appreciate receiving instructions on how to regain access to my emails through my new number [redacted] or email address. Thank you, Eric Mickelson.

While using MS [redacted] Professional with an att.net account, I recently organized my emails by creating new folders and moving emails. After encountering an issue where a folder disappeared while moving the last two emails with a message about it being 'bad,' I utilized mail restore to recover the disappeared emails within a 24-hour timeframe. Prior to this, I had around 4,[redacted] emails, but I now find myself with approximately 43,[redacted] emails after more than 48 hours. I am seeking assistance regarding why so many emails are being restored and when this process will cease so I can begin organizing my emails again. I am currently in contact with Office [redacted] tech support and would like to know when I can proceed with deleting and reorganizing these excess emails.

I participate in a private Yahoo league, and the commissioner has unfairly tampered with the league by clearing rosters to ensure their victory. Despite reaching out to the commissioner and Yahoo for assistance, I have not received any help. The Yahoo moderators claim they cannot intervene due to their policy not applying to private leagues. When I suggested leaving the league by deleting my email account, a moderator rudely encouraged me to do so. I believe Yahoo should take responsibility for ensuring fair play in all their leagues and provide solutions for situations like mine. Being ejected from the league or enforcing fair-play policies could easily resolve this issue. Sincerely, ku

Hello, I am experiencing difficulty accessing my account. I have had a Yahoo email for over 10 years but recently switched to Google. I am attempting to log in on my PS3 to play my game but have forgotten my account password and recovery answers. Unfortunately, I no longer have the cell phone associated with the account for text verification. I only recall one recovery answer, which is my favorite Aunt's name, Dorthy. The next answer pertains to my favorite rapper, which I am unsure of due to having many favorites over time. I am unable to reconnect with old friends or sync my trophies, preventing me from playing Diablo Reaper of Souls. I have all necessary profile information and can be reached at [redacted] Any assistance in recovering my account would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.

Due to my old email being hacked, I decided to switch to a new email address. I linked a pay card to my new email and recently, I received alerts about insufficient funds. Following advice, I contacted the provider of the card, who directed me to Google. After speaking with Google twice, they helped me discover that the old email was linked to the payment method, allowing access to my account. I am seeking assistance to ensure the scammers cannot use my old email address. Any guidance on deleting the old email address entirely would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am unable to access my account after trying for almost six months and contacting several individuals without any assistance. My last phone unexpectedly stopped working, resulting in us canceling our account with the phone provider. Subsequently, I no longer have access to the recovery number, and the recovery email on file is outdated. I am hopeful that I can answer my security questions to regain access, as I have successfully done so in the past when forgetting my password. While I can verify the number and recovery email, I am concerned about my account being deleted as it is my primary email. I have faced challenges resolving this issue, and the only proposed solution involved a fee of nearly $30, which seemed suspicious. I have cherished this email account since I was 12, and I am in search of genuine assistance to resolve this matter without any undue financial burden.

Hello, Yesterday, someone compromised two of my Yahoo mail accounts. Despite having a strong password and additional security measures like a linked mobile number, the hacker managed to gain access. They used the information to access other accounts like my Steam account and proceeded to delete all contents from my inbox, sent items, drafts, and folders. The affected email accounts are "[redacted]" and "[redacted]". I promptly changed the passwords for both accounts after the breach, yet all my emails were already erased. Upon reviewing the recent login activity, I noticed unauthorized access from locations in the USA, specifically Atlanta and Georgia, which is impossible given that I am located in Romania. Currently, I can access my accounts but all my emails are missing. Could you please assist in restoring all the deleted emails from the past 48 hours? Best regards,

I am encountering significant issues with my Yahoo account which I believe are not being adequately addressed. After a 35-minute phone call with no resolution, I'm reaching out here for assistance. Approximately 15 years ago, I created a Yahoo Mail account which I no longer remember the password for. Now, I wish to delete the account. However, when I attempt to access it and enter an incorrect password, I receive an error message stating, "Uh-oh... We can’t sign you in right now. Please try again in a while." To avoid redundant suggestions, I want to outline the steps I've taken thus far. My Yahoo ID is sasanak000, and even though it's recognized as valid, I'm unable to reset the password due to the error message mentioned. I've made several attempts to resolve this: 1. Cleared cookies and cache 2. Used private browsing 3. Attempted to log in using different browsers and devices 4. Ensured a stable internet connection Despite these efforts, the issue remains unresolved. When contacting customer service, I was informed of paid options or an online resolution, which unfortunately hasn't worked for me. I just seek assistance in deleting my account promptly. Any urgent help would be greatly appreciated.
