Hello, I created an additional account on Yahoo specifically for handling Freedom of Information requests anonymously. I started using this account a few weeks ago and sent out around [redacted] emails for requests. I received approximately [redacted] replies, some of which I had already responded to, leaving me with around [redacted] emails still awaiting a response. Today, a message prompted me to log back into the account, but when I tried, it was not recognized. The account was not associated with my personal one but was for business purposes. I changed the name on the account to Hannah Moon from male to female but kept the date of birth the same. Could this change have affected the account? If my supplementary account has been deleted by Yahoo, I fear I have lost valuable work and contact information. I would appreciate a prompt explanation from Yahoo regarding this matter. Thank you.

When accessing my Yahoo email, I received a notification about "unusual activity" and was asked to verify my identity.I am seeking detailed information on the specific "unusual activity" that triggered this alert. I suspect this request aims to make me provide an alternative email address, which I am unwilling to do as it is unnecessary for Yahoo to have all my contact information. Security questions should suffice for identification. I kindly request a thorough explanation of the flagged activity. Subsequently, I wish to remove the secondary associated email from my account to ensure no cross-connections between my email accounts.

I forgot my email password and encountered issues with the helpline. The first representative mentioned a £75 fee due to hacking from Liverpool, and the second one later cited a £95 cost from Nigeria. I just need help with my password recovery and don't want to pay. Please ask me security questions or any other details for verification. I had to create a Gmail account, [redacted], for communication as I can't access my original account. If necessary, you can reach me at [redacted]3.

The last time I accessed my Yahoo email account was in December [redacted]. Due to being assigned overseas, I have been unable to log in since then. When I tried to reset my password, it required a verification code which was to be sent to either a phone number or email. Upon selecting the phone number option, I realized that the attached number was incorrect or an old one that I no longer have access to. I urgently need to review some important information in that email, but I can't access it without the verification code. I've created a new email, and I'm hoping to transfer the crucial data from my old email to the new one. If possible, I would greatly appreciate any assistance in recovering my old email address, [redacted]

Hello, I need assistance with accessing my two inactive Yahoo mail accounts, [redacted] and [redacted] The recovery email for luciangrigore1188 is luci_1188, but I am unable to access it. The luci_1188 account was made between 2[redacted]. Kindly set [redacted] with the recovery email [redacted] or contact me at +[redacted]9 for verification. I have important documents in both accounts. Thank you.

I have just posted my issue on another page and was instructed to inform Yahoo about it. Please refrain from editing my posts as it portrays me in a negative light. Although I do not use profanity, I do utilize a thesaurus. I have been a Yahoo user for two decades. I am on the verge of switching to Gmail due to the difficulty in accessing my posts, encountering errors in replies, and facing offensive comments without being able to respond. I want the ability to manage my own writing without being blocked or isolated from conversations. I should have the same posting rights as others without any restrictions.

Hello, I recently purchased a new phone to replace my old one that is no longer working. I have 2FA enabled on various accounts like Reddit, Facebook, and Twitter. Unfortunately, I forgot my codes and I don't have the backup code saved. I attempted to verify my accounts through my email, but I also have 2FA set up on my email address. My main email, [redacted], contains important information. I remember my password, old phone number, and possibly some specific emails. I believe I didn't set up a backup email address. When following the steps provided, the system did not display my alternate email for verification, stating that I didn't provide enough information to confirm my identity. I appreciate any assistance.

I have been using my [redacted] account for 15 years. Recently, I tried to log in after a few months of inactivity but couldn't remember the password. The only recovery option linked to the account is an old verzion.net email that I no longer have access to. Additionally, I purchased a new phone during the time I didn't use the account, and now the account doesn't recognize my new device. I urgently need assistance in regaining access to my account as it contains important emails from the past 15 years and has been my primary email. Over the last 6 years, I have linked [redacted] to my Gmail account as another way to verify my ownership.

I suspect that my Yahoo account has been compromised as I am receiving emails about orders I did not make. I replied to one of these emails explaining the situation and asking them to update their records due to my account being hacked. The email was sent from Yahoo Mail on my Android device. I also received a message from Build.com regarding an order cancellation and their contact information. However, I need to update my personal details on Yahoo, but I have forgotten my password. I would appreciate it if the Yahoo team could contact me promptly to address this issue. Thank you.Kelly [redacted]

I have not received any emails for the past five days. Suddenly, my email stopped working. When I tried to enter my password, it was rejected. Attempting to reset the password only led to a loop of verification numbers that were unsuccessful. I am frustrated that I cannot speak to a live representative regarding this issue. I need access to my email as my account is currently useless, causing me significant frustration and inconvenience. The prompt for my email address for assistance is an issue as my incoming emails are not functioning. If this problem isn't resolved soon, I may have to seek services elsewhere. Thank you, Petey L. I am unable to access the recovery email linked to my Yahoo account. Despite remembering my sign-in details, I am prompted to verify my identity when I try to log in. The backup email I used was my college email, but I can no longer access it since the domain has changed from @mail.uri.edu to my.uri.edu. My main concern is closing or privatizing my Flickr account that I created during college as I am currently job hunting. To prove my identity, I can provide my ID photo and demonstrate that my Gmail handle matches the one linked to the now inaccessible college email account. It has been challenging to gain entry to my account for over a week, and I urgently need to delete it.

I am concerned about the threatening emails I received and seek advice on how to handle them. Hello, I received an alarming message claiming to be from an international hacker group stating that they have hacked my account. They mentioned having access to various accounts and personal data, threatening to reveal sensitive information unless I pay them $[redacted] in Bitcoin. This email indicates that they have compromising content and are demanding payment within 48 hours to prevent it from being shared. I am unsure of how to proceed and would appreciate any guidance on how to address this situation. Thank you for your help.

I apologize for the lack of response to my previous queries. I have not used my [redacted] email account for years and now cannot access it to cancel my Flickr subscription due to a forgotten password. I need help resetting the password to access my Yahoo account to address this issue. Despite the account's inactivity, I am surprised to see charges on my Flickr account, especially considering the expired credit card information. I established this account while in the US and have since resided in Europe for the past 7 years. Thank you for your previous responses; I seek guidance on creating a new Yahoo password to manage my Flickr subscription moving forward. Best, Nadine A.

I am experiencing login issues due to my old telephone number in the two-step security system, making it impossible to access my email or Flickr accounts. I have lost access to both my Flickr and Yahoo accounts as a result of the two-step security login since I no longer have access to my old phone number. The problem pertains to the email *****@***.com, which is linked to both my Yahoo and Flickr accounts. My old phone number is *** ** ** ** **, and my new one is *** ** ** ** ***. I am unable to log in to my recovery email *****@***.com due to the same verification process. Despite having the old password, I am unable to access anything. I am seeking assistance to update my new reachable phone number. It's frustrating that I am unable to contact Yahoo for support. I have been a customer of Flickr since approximately **** and Yahoo since before ****. Regards, Poul O.

My phone has been hacked, and it is now a police matter. I noticed a recovery fake address on my account that appears as [redacted] or a similar variation. I am in Lanzarote, specifically in Puerto del Carmen, and the Guardia Civil is aware of the situation, which is severe and ongoing. My phone is part of the issue. You can contact me through my email [redacted], as I am hesitant to provide my phone number. I have substantial evidence from various devices that have been hacked, creating a nightmare. I understand this may be related to Brazilian mail, but the responsible individuals are German and residing on the island. I value data protection and would appreciate it if you can find out more and inform me, so I can involve the police, who are the only ones authorized to handle such matters. Thank you, Eileen.

My original Facebook and fan page were hacked by two unknown users. After paying my phone bill, I tried logging back in with my current email and password without success. I noticed that my old email, which I no longer have access to, was being used. After contacting Yahoo, they informed me the old email was deleted due to viruses. Even though it was deleted, I am still unable to regain access to my original Facebook account and receive a message stating my old password is in use. I have reported this issue to Facebook multiple times over the last 3 to 4 weeks, but no action has been taken. I would appreciate it if my old account could be permanently deleted to prevent further unauthorized access.
