My grandson has had his account had his account hacked and the messed with my wifi two days ago.Now adifferent person is hacking his friends account and asking him for my grandson's accounts Xbox,Snapchat,etc. We reported both but it just keeps happening.

GetHuman-jahills did not yet indicate what Xbox should do to make this right.

In my grandson's case. he logged out of his account. Then logged back in and blocked the player causing problems. It worked for him but not his friend as every time he logged back in it would kick him out before he could block the player out.
