Hello, i'm so upset about this. I have been dealing with this for month. I told them to cancel witch the person live I talked to said she would cancel. This has happen over and over and then I would finally get a person on phone and I was told it was cancelled. The last time I was able to get a manager on the phone and he said the card would be cancelled but I had to get something in the mail to sign stating I want it cancelled. Every month i'm still getting charged and that's not fair at all. Who ever did also froze my sons acct where he can't play any game that doesnt require online, its been like this for a while. I didn't get anything in the mail like I was told. something isn't right and I would like it to be fixed and at least * months refund of $*.**. this just isn't fare so please help me.
