Ever since I got my Xbox One years ago I have not been able to go back on to my Xbox *** or play Xbox *** games on my Xbox One. I had to create another account just to go on my Xbox *** and I put that account on my Xbox One to play Xbox *** games and I really want to fix my main account so I can play Xbox *** games on my Xbox One and use my main account on my Xbox ***. I tried going back on my Xbox but it kept saying incorrect password so I changed it and put it back exactly how i changed it and it said incorrect password again and again. I then tried deleting my account and then re-downloading it but it kept saying incorrect password again. Please can you help me solve this issue. Thank you.
