Technically speaking, I bought a ** month xbox live gold membership card and I redeemed it. The thing is I waited to see if it worked, ** minutes later it still says I dont have xbox live. I've restarted my xbox one x, two times yet it still says I dont have xbox live. I contacted Microsoft but I got a ****** robot that lead me to their website that has nothing but bullshit that has nothing to do on helping me on my single **** question. Did I really just spend $** to play games and it doesn't work? I just want help from someone from Microsoft.
