I canceled my xbox live a long time ago and the same credit card has been charged. I've called and have spoken with several customer service agents who said they removed my credit card but I got charged AGAIN. The charge was for $**.** for live Gold. Now I'm going to be charged interest because this live charge that is not supposed to be there. I've spoken to several reps who stated they removed my credit card and it wouldnt be charged. But it was. AGAIN. I need that $**.** put back. I can give the credit card number.
