I'm trying to get my parcel (solar flag pole) ordered on July *, ****. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THOUGH my account showed I paid for the item. I have ordered from your Wish Company and received shipments promptly. Did someone drop the ball on Wish behalf, manipulate my account and forgot to ship it. I can be reached via public service *-***- ***-**** or cell phone *-***-***-****. I know the workload you people encounter, but customer service is of essence to keep business alive. I'd appreciate your assistance in this matter.
