Open the app, and log into your account.
You will be asked to log in with your email address and password. Alternatively, you can sign in with your Facebook account or your Google account.
Once you're logged in, in the top right corner of the app there are three straight lines. Select 'Order History' from the drop-down menu that appears.
You will be redirected to a page with all of your orders. Below the item you wish to cancel, select 'Contact Support.'
Next, select 'I want to cancel my order.'
This only works for items that have not shipped yet. According to Wish, most items ship within eight hours of an order being placed, so that is your typical window to cancel an order.
There are no cancellation charges.
If your order has already been processed (but not shipped), you will have to put in a refund request.
Find the item again in your orders and select 'Contact Support.;
This time, use the virtual chat function to request a refund.
A popup box will appear asking you've received this item yet. Select 'No.'
You are offered two options: 'I'll wait a bit longer' or 'I want a refund.' As you're not asking for a refund for a missing item, you should select the refund option.
You will be given two options: Wish Store Credit that never expires and will be instantly available for any purchase or a refund to your original method of payment within five to ten business days.
Choose the option you prefer.
Select 'Confirm.'
