My friend visited * Walmart stores today and when she visited Walmart, Davis St. In San Leandro, Calif, she was treated very poorly. She went to pick up an online order, and when she got there, the desk was closed, so she asked for a CSM to be called. We waited for close to an hour, so she went to the front and met Alex, Assistant Store Manager. He treated her poorly and threatened to call the police. Simply because he doesn't know how to provide customer service. He intentionally demoralized her. She did record him on her cell phone and he asked her to stop. He had security escort us out like we were criminals. Both of us spend at least $*** a month each in your stores. We are friends and both of us are highly educated. He needs diversity training. I will never shop that store again. My friend went to her car and broke down and cried. Your store on Hesperian in San Leandro is top notch.
