I have encountered a persistent issue with my Walmart MasterCard debit card over the last 8 months. My card, with number 5[redacted]-0[redacted] and an expiration date of 12/20, suddenly became unusable in April [redacted]. Despite finding a new card with the same number but an expiration date of 01/21 and code #[redacted], I have been unable to activate it successfully. I have experienced difficulties with uploading my driver's license multiple times. Even after attempting to contact customer support, I have not received a resolution. When I try to activate the new card online, it shows an error message stating that the number has not been issued. This raises concerns about the safety of my funds. I am seeking a refund of $[redacted] in one of three ways: unblocking my current card, depositing the funds electronically, or mailing a $[redacted] bank check to Sandra Gomez at PO Box [redacted], LaPorte, Co. On Saturday, during a visit to your store in Edison, NJ, I purchased a gaming computer for $[redacted].00 and a computer monitor for $[redacted].00. Excited about my new items, I eagerly set them up at home, only to find that they were dusty and the computer was a floor model with a locked account. Disappointed that these were not new products as I expected, I returned them to the store despite the heavy rain. The electronics salesman acknowledged that the items were not new and even mentioned a note with the password should have been included to unlock the computer. When I inquired about replacements or ordering from Walmart.com, the customer service representative could only check Edison's stock and couldn't proceed further. I urge you to rectify this situation promptly to retain my loyalty as a customer and prevent negative word of mouth. I seek a new PC and monitor or comparable for the same price paid. I purchased a double breast pump for $[redacted] for my sister a while ago, but due to a family emergency, I couldn't send it to her. Now that I tried to return it, I was informed that without a receipt, I can only exchange it for baby items like bottles and diapers. I asked if I could exchange it for a Walmart card instead since my sister doesn't need baby items at the moment. Unfortunately, I was told this isn't possible without the receipt. I would like to know why I can't get a Walmart card without the receipt as an option. I misplaced the receipt during a difficult time and was unable to return the item sooner. I purchased a breast pump from Walmart in Minnesota, intending to return it. Unfortunately, I had a heart attack and ended up in the hospital, losing the receipt in the process. Upon trying to return the item after recovering and having already had the baby, I was told I couldn't get a refund due to it being past the 90-day return window. I explained my situation, but they insisted I could only exchange it for another breast pump, which I didn't need. I just wanted to get a Walmart money card to buy my sister a different gift but was met with the same 90-day policy. I found it frustrating as I didn't plan on having a heart attack and just wanted to exchange the item. It's disappointing to be unable to purchase something else for my sister with the money. I represent the third store in line as Walmart Partner Support trying to contact your Customer Care Agents regarding a refund issue.
Upon submitting the refund, the customer reached out to inform us that she had returned all items and was entitled to a full refund. The customer is disputing the Restocking Fee and Return Shipping Fee, as they should not have been charged and must be reimbursed in full.

I made an online order on February 1, [redacted], for grocery pickup at the Walmart in Midlothian, VA. Despite arriving on time at 5:30 pm, there were significant delays. After waiting for over two hours in freezing weather without being informed of the delay beforehand, I am disappointed. A manager, Christy, assisted after a lengthy wait, but no compensation or apologies were offered for the inconvenience caused. I believe a Walmart gift certificate or credit to my account would be appropriate. This experience falls short of the service quality I expect from Walmart, especially for perishable items. I recently received my order #[redacted]-[redacted] and was disappointed to find that everything was damaged. The sugar had spilled all over, the bottle of Dawn liquid soap leaked and damaged the other items. The chocolate chips were torn open, and only the brown sugar and instant breakfast were salvageable. The FedEx box showed signs of repackaging with a note saying it was okay to load, with the sugar bag taped up. I've taken pictures of the mess and have been trying to clean up the spilled sugar. As a disabled individual, this has been quite a challenge. In the past, I've had issues with broken jars of Vlasic pickles and cocktail onions, so I understand that these things can happen.

I bought a car battery with a 5-year warranty from your store in November [redacted], as printed on the battery. Recently, it started failing, leaving me stranded on the road. Despite losing my receipt and warranty due to a break-in six months earlier, the store confirmed the battery was malfunctioning. The staff reassured me it was their product but couldn't locate the serial number in their system, therefore denying my warranty claim. This issue is not my fault, the date of purchase is on the battery, and it's your product. I just need a replacement battery. It's not just inconvenient but also unsafe for me, a 68-year-old widow, to deal with car troubles, especially at night.

I noticed the grocery department was poorly stocked with some shelves empty, and many items I usually buy were unavailable. This is a recurring issue as I've faced similar problems before. I want to address my recent experiences at the Walmart in Pittsburg, California on [redacted] Loveridge Rd, Pittsburg, CA [redacted]. In the past two weeks, I have tried to enter the store just before closing time at 11:52pm, 11:53pm, and 11:55pm, but the employees were very rude and refused to let me in. Despite my urgent need for essential items like tampons and Tylenol, I was turned away because of the late hour. Additionally, during a recent visit, I was wrongly accused of trespassing by an employee who later admitted the mistake without offering an apology. The way I have been treated at this Walmart location is completely unacceptable.

About 20 minutes ago, around 6 a.m. on March 1, [redacted], I exited the bathroom at Walmart. I noticed a man operating a wax machine with the "Wet Floor" signs out. As I walked away, I slipped and fell due to my knee injury from a previous accident. The Walmart greeter nearby didn't offer much help initially, only reluctantly assisting me when prompted. Each time I attempt to check my account online, the password fails to work. Despite changing it frequently, the issue persists. Phone support has also been unhelpful, with recorded interactions proving fruitless. Resetting the password and receiving a temporary one leads to timing out on the site consistently. This frustrating cycle has continued for many weeks. The condescending tone from the helpline exacerbates the situation. Extended waits for a supervisor often result in disconnection. Resolving this ongoing access problem is essential for me to promptly settle the account when usage reaches a couple of hundred dollars. Assistance in rectifying this issue is greatly appreciated.

My husband encountered a door greeter with a rude attitude. When he left the cart to be courteous and turned it around as is customary at our Michigan Walmart, the greeter rudely told him to put it away himself. This response was unexpected and uncalled for. We decided to report the incident at customer service, but the manager seemed unconcerned. Despite our age and background in customer service, we never expected to be treated in such a manner. This experience was particularly unwelcome during a family emergency.

This morning, I purchased Mario Kart 8 Deluxe for the Nintendo Switch online. I received an email with a tracking number but then another email later informing me that my order was canceled due to payment verification issues. Even though my bank account was charged, I did not receive the digital download code. How can I proceed to get a refund or obtain the digital code?

On the 1st or 2nd of this month, upon reviewing my bank account, I noticed unauthorized charges. Initially, I was billed $[redacted].98 and $64.64, both pending. After contacting customer service, a representative identified the charges on my debit. They mentioned that the $[redacted].98 charge was set for delivery to the Sunnyside Washington store that day. They assured me of canceling both orders and issuing a refund.
The following day, the $[redacted].98 charge disappeared from my bank statement, but the $64.64 was deducted from my account. A subsequent call on the 4th revealed that part of the order was picked up at the Sunnyside store, leading to a promise of a refund for the $64.64 and the missing items from the $[redacted].98 order. However, on the 7th of March, $9.69 was debited from my account.
I provided the names and emails of potential suspects to both customer service representatives, who confirmed the information I provided. I urgently require a refund for these unauthorized charges as they have caused overdraft fees on my account, amounting to $34 per charge and $5 per day. Any assistance with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I ordered a large quantity of items that included a mop from Walmart. Unfortunately, the mop was canceled, and I have been trying to inquire about the refund with no success. I bought a 40-45 inch RCA TV model RTU4300 online in late November [redacted]. The SAP for visually impaired viewers is unexpectedly on, and I am struggling to turn it off using the TV remote. I also have a Comcast remote, but I can't access the TV menu with it, only with the RCA remote. The TV's serial number is #A[redacted][redacted]. Curtis Co., the manufacturer, didn't assist me. Additionally, the channel FX is in Spanish; I need help switching it back to English. The SAP is frustrating, and I can't stand the voiceover describing the TV shows I watch. I find it difficult to turn the SAP feature off and desperately need assistance.

During my Cancun vacation, I bought swim shorts that didn't fit. Back home, I tried to return them at the store with the receipt, but they refused. Customer service at Walmart was not helpful either. Joe promised a call back, which never happened. When I contacted them again on 3/19/19, Supervisor Jonathan declined to offer any identification. He said I couldn't return the item since it was purchased abroad and suggested I go back to Cancun for a refund. This situation has been frustrating, considering the amount my family and I spend at Walmart regularly. I'm disappointed with the lack of resolution and miscommunication.
