Dear Sir*Madam, **The purpose of my writing today is to lodge a complain about refund for missing items. **To Begin with, I want to mention the incident happened for recent order **********. One of the items was missing in it. As I have reported to the pick up counter, as a result, she have noted down, and she assure me that you will get the refund for the missing item. As it was said in past also.**However, this time, I was tracking and checking the billed amount and I observed that I didn't get a refund for missing item. In order to clarify the rationale behind, i called to customer care and it was told to me. Eventually, they can't refund it. Now, I am assuming that I never get refund in past for missing items. Now, It is showing to me that it's a kind of cheating to the customers.**I would suggest that you can check with the pick up point desk and get the list of missing items so far and refund the whole amount that were not delivered to me.**Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.
