If I used the secondary card as a one-time gift card without registering, will I be able to view the transaction history? I have been attempting to contact support but lack the 3-digit security code on the back of the card. I need assistance with my Walmart MoneyCard. Initially, I believed it was lost, but I later located it. Despite finding my card, I am unable to use it after having reported it as lost. After speaking with two different representatives, the first person assured me that I should be able to use the card again. However, when I tried to make a purchase at Walmart, I encountered the same issue. Upon contacting support for a second time, I was informed that I would have to wait for a new card as there was nothing more they could do to reactivate the existing one. I have urgent purchases and bills to handle, and I am frustrated by the lack of assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

Last Friday evening, I contacted customer service, and I was informed I would receive my card by Saturday or Monday. However, by Tuesday it had not arrived. After explaining my situation on Tuesday morning, I received a bar code to access money from my card. Despite visiting two different Walmart locations, both declined service citing internet issues. I just finished speaking with a representative to request a new bar code but instead was issued another replacement card. To make matters worse, I was transferred to a supervisor but got disconnected after a 5-minute wait. My rent was due on the 1st, and now I am a week late, putting my family at risk of homelessness. This has been an extremely disappointing and distressing experience with your company.

I recently discovered several unauthorized transactions on my account, specifically in Atlanta from April 20th to May 7th, [redacted], totaling $[redacted]. I live in Stapleton, GA, and never used my card during that period. It seems my card was lost or stolen as I didn't make these purchases. I would like to report these fraudulent transactions. I have been charged for purchases I do not recognize from IMMACULATEIRONFITNESS and BOSSES BLESSES NUTRITION totaling $[redacted].33. I am unaware of these companies and need details on what was purchased. The case number is SF-[redacted]8. The response I received stated that based on their review, the transactions were confirmed authorized, but I need more information to verify. I am physically unable to exercise and would like immediate information to check these purchases. My card has been used without my knowledge, and I cannot afford a purchase of $[redacted].33. My wallet was stolen, and I filed a report with Officer Chris Guest at the Madison County Investigators Division of the Sheriff's Office in Danielsville, GA. I have locked my moneycard and ordered a replacement, which will arrive in 7-10 days. I obtained a new driver's license and photo ID from the State Patrol office using my birth certificate and recent mail. However, when I tried to use the moneycard app at Walmart, I encountered issues due to their policy requiring a physical ID with an expiration date. This was frustrating as the app specifies to bring a valid government-issued photo ID. I am looking for guidance on how to access my funds and permanently close the moneycard account. I plan to open a standard checking account for my direct deposit. Can a new bank account use my routing and account number to transfer the money from the moneycard account? I am very frustrated with the lack of customer service. I have been trying for 2 hours to speak to a live representative over the phone with no success. I will not be using this service again. I am seeking immediate assistance without having to pay for any membership fees. I experienced a problem activating my card where I accidentally customized a card that is being mailed to me. However, I do not want a customized card, I want access to the funds on my card immediately. I am very frustrated by this situation and I expect prompt resolution. I insist on getting my money released immediately as I purchased this card for immediate use. I am prepared to escalate this issue further if necessary.

Every time I try to contact Walmart Money Card customer service at [redacted], I encounter issues with getting disconnected during the call or not being able to reach them at all. The prompt to enter my 12-digit card number doesn't apply to me as my card was closed due to fraudulent activity. This means that the system doesn't recognize my card number, making it impossible to proceed. I have identified 3 additional fraud debits, but unfortunately, I am unable to report them due to the card closure hindering my access to customer service. It's frustrating that even though I provided my Social Security number, I am still unable to connect with customer service, highlighting a flaw in their system.

I reached out to a lady in Beloit, Wisconsin regarding a Golden Retriever puppy I wished to buy. Due to scheduling, Angel asked for a $[redacted] payment on a Walmart money card to reserve the puppy until pickup. We arranged to meet halfway in a city at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, June 29th. Despite waiting, Angel never appeared, leaving us without the puppy and $[redacted]. She claimed unsuccessful attempts to contact us, but her so-called boss mentioned the card was unredeemable, yet the money was taken from my MasterCard. I am experiencing a situation with Walmart Money Card where access to my account has been blocked after making deposits through the Walmart Money Card app using the "make a deposit" feature with the barcode to load money at the Walmart Money Center. Despite successfully using the card for deposits previously, my husband and I were both blocked unexpectedly while in the middle of buying a vehicle. The confiscation of my phone by the police has left me unable to access my app account due to two-step verification. Without my phone and Google account, all my passwords and financial information are inaccessible. I have lost my card and urgently need my monthly income. It is frustrating that customer service requires the last four digits of my card, making it impossible to talk to a real person. I am unable to cancel my card or order a new one. I had a money card account around February last year. I opened a family account for my girlfriend, Rose G., and she received a personal card. We thought her IRS taxes would be directly deposited into the account, but they were denied due to her not being the main account holder. My Walmart card was blocked due to being compromised. I tried to unblock it, but my identification had expired. I obtained a new ID that was sent to a friend's address. Unfortunately, my disability deposit was added to the card, and now I no longer reside there. I need the Walmart card to be sent to a new address. The address they have is no longer valid, and they are not allowing me to update it without verification. I encountered an issue while activating my card. Despite submitting correct information, the system kept rejecting my birthday and social security number. Eventually, after multiple attempts, everything got accepted except my name for the card. I intended to use the card for direct deposit at work, necessitating my name on it for all purposes. I am certain that my provided social security number and birthdate are accurate. Before receiving the permanent card, I would like to ensure that my name is included. I will contact customer service to rectify this before the card is sent out to me.
