On January 3, [redacted], I noticed that my social security check was deposited into my account. When I checked my balance, I found out there was a block on my account. After contacting customer service, I was informed that due to the high amount, they had placed a block on it. I promptly sent a copy of my Driver's license as requested. Unfortunately, on the 4th, they mentioned they couldn't read it, so I sent another copy to a different email address. Finally, on January 5, they confirmed that they received the legible copy and needed two days to verify it and lift the block on my card. Following up on Friday as instructed, I was disappointed to learn that no action had been taken on my account yet, and I was asked to call back on Monday. Frustrated, I adamantly expressed my concerns. Despite being a long-time customer who appreciates the service, I emphasized the urgency of my situation with my car and rent payments overdue, having waited six months for this check. While I understand the need for security measures, I pleaded for prompt action from customer service to release my funds, ensuring them that my account was secure and free from fraud.

About two months ago, I experienced an issue with a charge on my statement. Upon contacting customer service, my account was canceled, and my card was locked. Despite submitting my ID, lease agreement for address verification, card copy, and social security number, I have been continuously transferred between operators for hours without any resolution. Each day, I am told the same information that my card cannot be unlocked, and my funds cannot be transferred to my active account. They keep promising a check in two weeks, but it has been over a month, and the check has not even been processed. I urgently require my funds to be transferred to my active account since all necessary information has been provided to verify my account and funds ownership.

On January 13th, my account was compromised. The hackers changed my phone number and made unauthorized transactions amounting to $[redacted]. The account was frozen, leaving me unable to access my funds. To regain access, I had to verify my identity by submitting my driver's license. Despite waiting on the phone for over an hour, I eventually connected with a representative from the fraud department. They arranged for a check to be mailed to me for the remaining balance, with a promise of another check if the dispute was resolved in my favor. It was initially noted as a 10-day process, but a follow-up letter mentioned it would take 14 business days. After reaching out multiple times and speaking with a total of four representatives, I was informed that it's still within the 14-day timeframe and I have yet to receive the check after three weeks. I've been transferred to the corporate line twice and disconnected twice while trying to resolve two pending transactions on my card that need to be released. I'm requesting that Walmart MoneyCard release these two pending transactions. The two merchants have already released the transactions on their ends. Although I received a text notifying me about the two pending transactions to be posted on my card, they haven't been processed yet.

I even tried selecting option #2 and spoke to someone I could barely understand. After being asked for multiple documents and attempts to register my card, I was still unable to do so due to discrepancies in the information provided.
