I purchased a card at Walmart in Manati, which expired in May [redacted]. I visited the store to inquire about activating it since I never did, and therefore, I haven't used the funds on it. They advised me to contact you so you could verify my identity and the purchase. The card is dated August 15, [redacted], and expired on May 31, [redacted], without ever being activated or used. I purchased a Walmart Money Card last night, registered it, and created an account. However, when I tried to make a payment via PayPal, Cash App, and Facebook Pay, all transactions were declined. I have been a Walmart Money Card holder for nearly 5 years. The card is essential for receiving my income tax refunds and used to be linked to my direct deposit at work. I purchased a Walmart Money Card and loaded it with $[redacted]. Unfortunately, I lost it before activating it. I had to buy another card and put $[redacted] on it. The initial $[redacted] doesn't show up on my transaction history as there was no initial deposit indicated. My card was deactivated two months ago due to suspicious activities, but I haven't used it. When I contacted them, they requested me to upload my ID card. I've tried using various phones, including my own three phones and borrowed over a dozen, but the images are too blurry for verification. I find it hard to believe since I used Apple phones where the images appear clear when enlarged on my computer. They won't accept mailing paper copies for review, leaving me stuck without a solution. On 6/4/23, I made a reservation at Sonesta ES Suites-Houston, NASA Clearlake for two nights via Priceline, paying $[redacted].96 through PayPal. Unfortunately, I couldn't provide the $50 incidentals deposit at check-in, leading Priceline to cancel my booking.
To compensate for the inconvenience, Priceline offered an additional $20 on top of the refunded amount, which they confirmed as $[redacted].76. Although Priceline processed the refund of $[redacted].96 on 6/5/23, the money hasn't shown up in my PayPal or the linked debit card yet. Neither has the promised extra $20.
Contacting Priceline yielded no solution as they stated the refund was processed on their end. I reached out to PayPal and Walmart money card, but the issue persists. An attempt to seek help from Walmart's in-store customer service was unsuccessful.

I was asked for the last four digits of the card that I never received, so I provided the last four digits of the old card and then got disconnected. I've been trying for a while to speak to an agent without success. My balance was $[redacted], and I can't reach anyone, which is unacceptable.
