I bought a $[redacted] Walmart gift card at Walmart #[redacted] on June 8, [redacted], around 3:15 PM, with the help of a friend. On July 4, we verified the balance was still $[redacted]. When I attempted to use the card at the gas pump, it didn't work. Upon checking the balance again, it displayed only $5. It appears someone has taken $[redacted] from my card. I am seeking information on the transactions made with my card and the timing of these transactions. I have experienced recent card denials at this location. I spoke with a representative yesterday at 3 p.m. regarding the issue. He assured me it would be resolved within 3 hours. I am experiencing issues accessing the funds from my direct deposit, and despite speaking with eight customer service agents over seven and a half hours in the past two days, the problem persists. Despite being told my account is unaffected, I am unable to use it. This has left me unable to buy groceries, resulting in me not eating for two days to ensure my child is fed. Additionally, I have no gas for work, putting my job and power at risk. I believe I should receive my funds promptly and be compensated for the stress and lack of control this situation has caused.

My account got blocked because of browser issues while trying to make a $[redacted] transfer to me, Heather P. I received an email instructing me to click on a link, but my browser was still not working. Despite explaining my emergency situation of being homeless, the block hasn't been lifted as promised multiple times. My card has been blocked for almost nine days now, and it seems it will remain blocked for another six days. I need help because I have bills to pay. It appears my card was blocked due to what the bank considers "infrequent purchases." I made various purchases, like shopping at a thrift store on a Thursday morning and using services such as Lyft or Mercari. The purchases were not continuous, but spaced out. When I tried to order food for my mother around 5:00 pm, I discovered my bank had blocked my card. I attempted to contact customer service for three hours, first through their toll-free number, then via email and their support chat. I have not received any responses, which is unusual as their customer service has been efficient in the past with card issues being resolved quickly.
