About four years ago, I contacted the company to deactivate a card because of fraudulent activities. The card was linked to my disability payments and the first COVID relief payment. When the second $[redacted] payment didn't transfer to the new card, I discovered the old card was never deactivated. Reaching out to rectify the situation was challenging as they required old addresses and phone numbers, causing me stress and making me ill. Despite numerous attempts and providing all necessary documentation, the issue persisted, and my money was withdrawn without explanation. I faced obstacles in reaching the customer service team, and when I did manage to speak to a representative, they claimed the account was under a different name. This account should only bear my name, and I suspect fraudulent activity. Despite still having the old card, I cannot access my money online, and attempts to transfer funds have been thwarted by password changes. Has anyone experienced technical problems with Walmart's replacement cards around August 8th? My card was stolen, and I requested a replacement. It's been two weeks, and I still haven't received my new debit card. When I called the toll-free number, I was put on hold for 25 minutes. Once I finally spoke with someone, their English was hard to understand due to a heavy accent. They mentioned there were issues and promised to expedite a new card within 3 days. Since my paycheck is directly deposited, I won't be able to access my funds without the new card. Should I be concerned about a security breach and the safety of my account?

I am inquiring about the whereabouts of the funds that were deposited onto my Walmart debit card on December 7, [redacted]. Despite providing the requested information on July 6, [redacted], my card was blocked and closed. A representative mentioned that the funds would be mailed back to me, but as of today, I have not received anything. Although the automotive system shows a balance on the closed card, I have not been able to access my funds. Additionally, a monthly fee of $5.94 was deducted on August 13, [redacted], even though my account is closed. I have been patient with this issue and seek resolution promptly.

After disputing unauthorized charges on my debit card, Green Dot closed my account and issued a provisional credit for the disputed amount. Despite this, when I attempted to withdraw cash from an ATM, my card was retained, signaling its deactivation. I promptly reported it lost, but after ordering a replacement, I have yet to receive it. When contacting customer service, I was informed that I would not be issued another card by Green Dot. My account was compromised, and funds were taken. I requested a new debit card and paid the $3 fee on August 15th. However, I have yet to receive the card in the mail. Each time I call for assistance, after waiting on hold for an hour, the call disconnects, forcing me to start the process anew. The automated system prompts me to verify my identity to lift the restriction, but the website indicates my card is invalid. I have been unable to access my funds for several weeks. While I understand my dispute is being reviewed, I should still be able to utilize the remaining balance after the hacking. Despite following advice to use the app, I can only access it on a desktop and am limited to viewing transactions. I never misplaced my card; it was a case of my account being compromised. I paid for the replacement card, which is yet to arrive. Online chat directs me to call, but phone support never leads to speaking with a live agent. I am at a loss for next steps.

I filed a dispute on July 24, [redacted], against Acceptance Insurance for $[redacted].93. My case number is [redacted]88C. I used my Walmart MoneyCard to pay on July 1, [redacted], and the transaction cleared on July 7, [redacted]. After realizing the car had been sold without my knowledge, I contacted Acceptance Insurance for a refund. They agreed to refund only $42 due to the cancellation within 30 days. I expected the money back on my debit card in 10 days but didn't receive it. I raised a dispute with my bank, Walmart MoneyCard, but it's been over two months with no refund or explanation. I have been waiting for 30 days for my card. I received a card overnight in a UPS mailer, but it was already deactivated for some reason. The tracking number for the card I am waiting for is the same as the one I received, which cannot be activated. I am upset and considering reporting this to the BBB and taking legal action if this is not resolved today.

I misplaced my card but found it later. I informed the agent and requested to unlock the card. The agent asked me to send a photo for identification and provided the website to do so. However, since then, I have been experiencing delays and have not received a new card or had my current card unblocked. I have $[redacted].00 in this account and need a resolution. I purchased a debit card at a Walmart store in Page, AZ. When I tried using it to buy an item, it got denied. The customer service said they couldn't help, and the money service suggested going to the website. I later used the card at a gas station where it was accepted. I have been waiting for refunds in my account for more than 10 days. After making a cash deposit, my account balance is off by $20, making it negative, which is unusual as I always ensure there are enough funds before spending. I have noticed excessive overdraft fees on my account, where the same transaction was charged multiple times unnecessarily for a total of $45. This has prompted me to reconsider my use of the card and potentially close the account as I primarily use it for online purchases with my mainstream bank account being my main one. I initiated a dispute for 2 transactions on September 12th. It has been more than 20 business days, and I was assured provisional credit which I have yet to receive. Every time I contact a representative, they promise to process it on the same day, but nothing happens. It's been 4 weeks since my money was taken, leaving me with $0. I am truly disappointed. If the problem can't be resolved, I'm going to start banking elsewhere. First, your customer support is the most rude and unhelpful service I have ever encountered. I have received enough direct deposits for my overdraft protection to stay at [redacted] as it always has been. However, now for some reason, it is only letting me receive [redacted]. Additionally, I have always been able to add cash or pay for goods via Cash App, which is how I conduct a lot of my business. This month, it will not let me complete even one transaction. I have called multiple times to try to resolve this issue, but no one will help me.

I am having trouble reaching anyone by phone regarding my other account. My main goal is to check the balance of a card I received yesterday, but I am unable to create an account for it. Even after activating it, I am still facing obstacles.
I have money loaded on the card, and unfortunately, I have not been able to get help with this issue. I have the receipt and all necessary documentation. I have only used $62 from the card so far. Sadly, I cannot set up an account, and my efforts to seek help in resolving this problem have not been successful.

I believe I experienced an ADA violation recently. While using the self-checkout at the pharmacy, employees mocked me for struggling and even tried to record a video of me. One particular staff member has repeatedly laughed and pointed at me during my visits. I have only mustered the courage to come back twice despite it being my regular pharmacy. I am deeply hurt by their behavior and as a previous human resources professional, I understand the seriousness of ADA violations in the workplace. I now feel embarrassed and disheartened by my inability to perform tasks as before.

I encountered an issue last Wednesday on November 15th, [redacted] when I received a phone call around 6 pm regarding my Walmart Money Card. The caller inquired about a purchase from Miami, Florida, which I had not made as I had not left my state. I mistakenly provided a verification code to the caller, leading to my inability to sign in to my Walmart Money Card app. Consequently, the perpetrator wiped out the funds from my account, changed the associated email address and phone number. Despite contacting the number on the back of the card, I was continuously hung up on. At present, I am unable to access my account and wish to rectify this by regaining control of my account to cancel the compromised card and apply for a new one.
