Help with my WalMart MoneyCard issue

I used the Walmart Money Card bill-pay feature to pay my rent. $*,***.** was deducted from my debit card on *********. As of today ******** the check has NOT been received by the Apt. Complex. I called the (helpless) help line and obviously anyone who spoke English was on vacation. I haven't a clue if the check was cashed OR if it was even mailed. I would like to stop payment on the check BUT no one at this bank(?) seems to have a clue what I am talking about. I WANT MY $*,***.** BACK IN MY ACCOUNT!!

GetHuman-mrjoeo did not yet indicate what WalMart MoneyCard should do to make this right.
