Sign in to Your Account or Open the App

Do you have the app? Open the app and sign in to your MoneyCard account. You can also sign in via the Walmart MoneyCard website.

Go to Manage Cards Under Settings

From there, you’ll find the option to report your card as lost or stolen. Simply follow the prompts, and your card will be deactivated immediately. A replacement card will then be mailed to the address on your account. Please allow 7–10 business days for delivery. Your new Walmart MoneyCard will, of course, have a different card number, expiration date, and CVV. Don't forget to also activate your new MoneyCard.

Call Walmart Support to Report Your Lost or Stolen MoneyCard

Another way to report a lost or stolen card is by calling Walmart Customer Support directly. Call the number provided on the screenshot and report your card as soon as possible.

As mentioned, your replacement card should arrive within 7–10 days. If you haven’t received it after 10 days, contact Walmart so they can issue another replacement. In most cases, you won’t be charged for the second card, but it’s best to confirm any possible fees or shipping charges with Walmart.

If you need the card sooner, you can request expedited 3-day delivery for a $15 fee. No overnight delivery is offered for a replacement card.

Note that a lost or stolen MoneyCard can only be reported online or by contacting Customer Support directly. You won’t be able to report it at a physical store, so it’s best to call Walmart or use the app and sign in to your account to report the card immediately.

Activate the Replacement Card
