Help with my WalMart MoneyCard issue

Account holder name, Billing address, Date of birth, Last 4 digits of SSN, and Last 4 of card
The issue in GetHuman-cindelme's own words
I received a text message stating that my $**** stimulus direct deposit is being processed and will be deposited on April **th but it has not been posted and there is no information about it in my transactions. The account is a family account and the name on the main account for MoneyCard is not the same as the name on the stimulus check. The stimulus check is my girlfriends which is who the additional card is for. Has the deposit been rejected and has it been sent back to the i.r.s.

GetHuman-cindelme did not yet indicate what WalMart MoneyCard should do to make this right.
