Help with my WalMart MoneyCard issue

I received my permanent card and the money was not transferred from the initial card that i purchased. $***.** This is visa card which I want to purchase online products. I received an email which indicated the permanent card was activated and ready for use. However the initial funds did not transfer to the permanent card.

GetHuman3855246 did not yet indicate what WalMart MoneyCard should do to make this right.

How GetHuman3855246 fixed the problem
I had to tell them I did not recieve my card. Punch * and you get a person on the phone who can guide you to success. They told me I had not registered my initial card. This does not sound right, because I had to register some information in order to recieve the next card. I verified through the Moneycard website that the money was available. Thanks for the assistance I recieved from you.
