I have not received a replacement card and my when I call the number I can’t talk to a person. Very frustrating when it asks for a number I do not have because I never received the card. It also says I have * cards on my acct, which I don’t. I don’t even have * but I’m still charged the new card fee and the maintenance fee even though I can’t use it. Please refund me all my money and my account balance immediately.
