I deposited funds to the card at a Walmart location on Nov *th. The funds that were supposed to transfer to the card have not been deposited. I paid cash to put it on the card but no deposits have been made.

I was trying to pay a bill. I deposited $** to the card Reference ************* with the Approval Code * ******. The receipt ID is * *M*CO*RVHL* *** N *th Street, Kalamazoo, MI *****. ... Funds in the amount of $** were never issued to the card, ending with ****. I have the receipt from Walmart and can access online history with Walmart Moneycard and there was no deposit. Walmart MoneyCard's website is absolutely awful. Nothing at all on the site was helpfull and just when you think you might get someplace, they ask you to read the Cardholder Agreement. They give no support options.
I would like what I paid for returned to me, including the fee I paid for the funds to be issued to the card..
After calling customers service and then being told that we have to take care on the issue online and that they could not help with the issue. I understand that this is because of the Greendot financial backer. I am a good customer because I come back.
