I have had this card account for years and did not need to log into it but now i need to do to the fact that someone is stealing money off of my card. i need to log into my account can you PLEASE help me change my email and phone number for my online card account

To recover your account, use your email address to reset your password but be sure you have the spelling correct. The best thing you can do is try to reset the password by clicking "Forgot Password" under the login then follow the prompt. You should have the option to reset with your phone number.

log into my online card account ... i do not have the same phone number or email that i opened my online account with so i cannot receive the code that they or trying to send me to get into my online account. I need them to update my info so i can get into my account, I have a new email and phone number and i can tell them the old email and phone number that is on the account.
i have changed phone numbers and i have a different email address so when they send me the code to log in i can not get it that is why i need this info changed on my account
