To recover your account, use your email address to reset your password but be sure you have the spelling correct. The best thing you can do is try to reset the password by clicking "Forgot Password" under the login then follow the prompt. You should have the option to reset with your phone number.

I called and ask the lady about a transaction that was on my card all I needed was the contact information but she mistook everything and said she was going to have to lock my account even after I told her several times not too then finally I said don't like my account I'm the account holder your employee it's my money leave it alone but she still like my account and not only is my account locked my new cards are locked and that is my primary and only source of money and I need it today because I am out of state with my kids
GetHuman-s_calcot did not yet indicate what WalMart MoneyCard should do to make this right.
