After placement card activated, new card wasn't a "personalized card" that wasn't reloadable or accepts direct deposit. No live customer services offered. All phone numbers are for automated system(s). Previous card was established and accepted direct deposit and reloadable. No explanation and no way to contact them. Problem is not offered in automated system and no live customer service available.
GetHuman1284384 did not yet indicate what WalMart MoneyCard should do to make this right.
