I need to talk to a person not an automated system. It won't let me get past the part of the documents not legible part after when i submitted then it excepted them.

Get my card turned on So I can use my money that's on it ... Still can't get anyone to talk to. Submitted documents * times they were accepted both times but when I check back got the message that the documents were not legible. I need to talk to a person not a automated system.
I got the card to buy my grandkids school cloths and they let a unauthorized transaction go threw and I caught it the day it memo posted and they still wouldn't return it. Now they are holding the rest of my money hostage.
Unlocking my card so I can use it for Gods sake!!!!!!

Getting a hold of a real person with no luck. Calling my home town Wal-Mart for help. They had no clue or a phone number.
