They screwed up my money and locked my card and I emailed them my ID and I still can't access my money. It's been a week and my car is disabled and my bills are behind and they keep giving me the run around. Every representative tell me something differently they are not reading any of my notations and I need my money I've been very patient with them. I am contacting the better business bureau and seeking actions against this company. They have no compassion at all they keep stating I have to wait and I asked to speak to a manager and they keep lying stating I can't and I know their is a CEO an I can talk to
